Hi, Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. If you have difficulty in the evacuation of the bowels, then you need to consult a surgeon for getting yourself clinically examined with a per rectal and proctoscopic examination to look for a local cause of any hindrance. Anal fissure is one of the commonest causes of difficulty in evacuation of bowels, especially if you have pain during the evacuation. Considering your age, you should also get the colonoscopy done to rule out any growth in the colon. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
