Hi, All your symptoms point towards probable nervous system involvement. Headache aggravated upon turning head could occur due to cervical vertigo due to spondylosis, migraine, low lying cerebellum etc. You should get an appointment with a neurologist and also get MRI scan of both head and neck which can help you reach to diagnosis of your problem. Hope this helps.
