Acute onset of pain intermitent since the.muscle biopsy determined muscle fibre abnormality with reduced lean motor function, no treatment for this condition available. rectal bleed 5 months ago doctor said it was a tear constipation since. swelling to midriff, banana type shape to right side of midriff.intermitent bouts of electric current type pain. uncomfortable after food midriff area seems to put pressure upwards and then breathless. rectal bleed 5 months ago which was put down to a tear, since then constipation need laxitives or no bowel movement.previous history of stomach obstructions plyloraplasty operation 15 yrs ago no further obstructions. doctor says swelling is from that scar. have sliding hernia of ososophgus. it feels like the swelling is putting pressure on other organs. should i insist on a referral to consltant and if so in what field of expertise
