I had a tympanoplasty done today. I took Norco 7.5 – 2 pills at 10 pm. I can’t sleep. I normally take 5 mg Ambien to help fall asleep. I have sleep apnea but doc says I can’t use CPAP for a week due to pressure it would put on my eardrum. Can I safely take Ambien at some point tonight if I don’t take anymore Norco? How many hours after Norco dose would be safe if at all?
