my spouse and i want to have a baby but he cant get me pregnant because he has HIV how can we have a baby that will have his
DNA without me or the baby getting HIV from him

HIV infection can be transmitted by intercourse or blood transfusion or by sharing needles by drug addicts.
Since your husband is HIV positive you can opt for IVF or in vitro fertilization. Now there are techniques
available to wash the HIV virus off the sperms.
However you need to consult a good fertility specialist in your area.
