Hello kinkerbell, as per the symptoms and considering your history {PCOD}, I would suggest you to get a fasting, post lunch blood sugars along with HbA1c done to rule out Diabetes. Usually PCOD, obesity and diabetes have a strong association. The other possible causes could be dyselectrolytemia or nerve compression at the cervical region either due to cervical spondylitis or trauma. An x ray or CT scan of the cervical spine may be needed. Have a Neurologist / Physician opinion. Meanwhile start on with multivitamins. Hope this helps you. Regards
