my finger tips tingle and go numb all the time can u tell me whats wrong? I am a 54 year old female and have smoked for the past 2 years , would this be a contributing factor.

my finger tips tingle and go numb all the time, perceptually the right one. Can u tell me whats wrong? Is it a problem with my circulation ? I am a 54 year old female and have smoked for the past 2 years , would this be a contributing factor.Also my right shoulder blade has tingling sometimes itching sensation, at times it feels like a burning sensation could the two things be connected .

Hi! Smoking is contributing factor to almost every illness. You cant imagine how many toxic chemicals are present in a single cigarette. When was your last physicals or total body general checkup done? Try to consult your physician and get the EKG done and also your blood sugar levels. Both diabetes and a cardiac disease may have this kind of symptoms.Some times a nerve compression in brachial plexus also gives this kind of symptoms. Take care and regards
