Hi, You should not take progynova during pregnancy. It is contraindicated during pregnancy. It can cause severe birth defects, cardiac defects, hypospadias etc in the growing fetus. During lactation also it can cause problems. You should consult your doctor before stopping it. You can continue with other medicines as well. Hope it helps. Take care.
