my urine smells like cheese. It's quite pungent. I drink a lot of fluids and exercise a lot and am otherwise healthy- except for extreme tiredness in mornings and afternoons. I am 51 and female.

Hi, How are you? Sorry for the late reply and hope you are fine. To rule out urinary tract infection, urine tests may be done. Additional tests may also be done depending on the initial assessment. You may also benefit from further evaluation by your gynecologist for proper evaluation. Direct clinical and pelvic examination are important. Take care and regards.
