so. I would suggest you to go the natural way as these products are sold without suitable clinical research.
Check your weight and height and calculate your BMI. Indulge in regular sports and increase protein intake in
your diet. Eat meat, beans and legumes, milk products, soya, eggs to specifically increase your protein
intake. Make a diet chart with the help of a dietician and follow it strictly and you will gain the desired
