why is my penis getting smaller is it because of my age it now getting very embarassing i really need to know if i can do anything about it im afraid even to make love to my wife now

Hi, from the male vantage point, (looking down from above) the penis often appears smaller. The average stretched penile length for the adult is 13.3+1.6 cm and if the stretched length is less than 9.3 cm then it is considered short. One condition that may make your measurements falsely shorter is if you have a generous fat pad over the pubic bone and as you have mentioned that you have decreased your activity and gained weight, therefore this may be a possibility. Therefore I advise you to restart your physical activities and exercises and reduce weight might help. Thanks.
