Steroid shots will not interfere with sleep. Just try and relax yourself. Do some deep breathing exercises,
read a book and drink a cup of warm milk it will help you fall asleep.

It does interfere with sleep. It can also make you hyper. I've not slept for over 4hrs per night in 3
days since I got the shot. Yes, my Bronchitis is better and a vast myriad of other problems such as muscle
pain and depression.
