Dear Lizmaynz extreme headache can be due to disorder in sleep pattern, anxiety, depression, snoring, neurological problem, migraine, menopause hypothyroidism, eye problem, sinus problem etc. You can take painkillers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen, but the cause of headache has to be diagnosed. Bad breath can be due to food -the breakdown of food especially garlic, onion etc in and around the teeth may cause foul breath; poor dental hygiene and periodontal disease; dry mouth; disease like diabetes, cancer, kidney ,liver failure, GERD etc; smoking tobacco; sinus infection ,upper and lower respiratory infection and ulcers etc. The treatment depends on the cause. You can use mouth rinse and tooth pastes. Get in touch with a Dentist. Take care.
