i have a sore spot on the bottom of my foot,its sore and tender in that one spotbut its hard like a callus, what can i do and what could it be

Hi, From what you describe it seems to be a small lesion. Being sore and tender it might be a blister or a small abscess secondary to infection in which case it would require to be drained . You might need local ointment or antibiotics. I would suggest you visit the doctor where this as well as the callus can be easily resolved.
