Hi there. As you have told you are getting headache with ear pain in left side, the most possible cause is infection of middle ear. Another cause for this could be migraine but it is slightly common in young females. Eustachian tube dysfunction can also be a cause. Tension headache may be there. You need to visit an ENT specialist and go for a thorough check of ear and if everything comes out normal, then you need to visit a physician.
