Answer by Dr Sumanth K P  on Sun 13, Feb 2011 10:25am:

Hi The causes of enlarged heart are valvular heart diseases, congestive cardiac failure, pericardial effusion, dilated cardiomyopathy etc. The feeling that you have air bubbles in the chest could be due to gastro oesophageal reflux disease which causes water brash. Consult the cardiologist and take his opinion. No need to worry as there is treatment. Warm regards.
