Hello. Sorry for the late reply. The white patches inside mouth is due to a medical condition called Leukoplakia which occurs sometimes due to unknown reason and sometime due to tobacco usage in smoking, chronic irritation due to dentures or sharp broken teeth, vitamin deficiency and candiasis. You should consult with your physician who can evaluate your condition and also consider doing throat swab or biopsy if deemed necessary. Anti thrush oral medication can also be prescribed along with total abstinence from the irritating agent. Hope this helps. Regards.
