Hi! kyle, HbsAg reactive means that antigen for the Hepatitis B is present in the body of the person who is reactive. But being reactive does not really make a person sick by any standards, it just means that the person is infected by Hepatitis B virus. You have to under go further tests so that you can know how much damage the virus has done. These tests are Capsular antigen tests which give us the idea of how the person infected with Hepatitis B will react to the infection. There is no treatment to exterminate the HbsAg reactive status, once HbsAg reactive always HbsAg reactive. Just take care of your liver by consulting your primary care physician or general practitioner who after examination will clear your doubt once for all. Take care.
