Red, circular, rash on torso, legs and arms

I've recently come out in a dry, circular, red rash on my torso, upper arms and legs and been prescribed hydrocortisone cream by my doctor but I appear to be getting worse. My skin on my torso now looks like a heat rash or as though I may be allergic to something. I do suffer from eczema, but usually only on my hands and forearms. The rash was at first itchy, but is not anymore. The rash isn't raised or bumpy, but my skin within the red circular rash looks like it is shrivled up and some of the new ones look a bit like blisters. The rash did start off with a larger circular rash on my leg and my doctor said it could have been ringworm but didn't say it actually was. She did say it could have been my eczema reacting differently. I've also seen another doctor who said it isn't infectious. In myself I feel fine, but it just doesn't look very nice and I'd like it gone. What do you guys think it may be?
