Hello. Pain in groin and lower abdomen associated with urination indicates that it could be urinary disorders. The most possible cause could be stones, infections. You need to do some basic investigations like urine examination, ultrasound etc. You can take paracetamol for pain but avoid other pain killers for pain relief. You will require antibiotics for alleviating your symptoms. Consultation with a doctor is needed at this point of time. Take care.
