Hi, Sunscreens are used to protect from sun burn and tan. The SPF factor of the sunscreen is important before choosing the product. The SPF factor should be above 20 if the duration in Sun is long. It should be applied on each and every part which will be exposed to the Sun. You should however try to avoid strong rays of Sun as it may cause skin burn as well. Hope it helps. Take care.
