I get nasal congestion every evening. My nose starts out fine in the morning then get a little stuffy during the day, but by 7pm I can't breath at all. It does not matter where I am (I have been on the other side of the world and its the same). Is this allergies or what can I do - I feel like I'm addicted to Afrin at this point because I litterally can't breath after 7pm without it.

Hi, You could be suffering from allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. You should see an ENT specialist and get a CT scan of your sinuses required. You would probably need long term steroid nasal sprays - these are very effective in controlling the symptoms. Till then, try steam inhalation, saline nasal drops, deep breathing exercises. Avoid smoking or exposure to dust and fumes. Regards.
