My penis is itching inside the tube. not outside.only inside and at times only. it does not itch all time.

Hi, without being able to examine you, it is quite difficult to diagnose anything here. However, most commonly these symptoms may be due to any urinary tract infections or due to sexually transmitted diseases (if you had sex). Best way to rule out these mentioned causes to show this to your doctor. In the meantime, drink a lot of water so it will help you to clear internal infection of the urinary tract, if you have. Hope this helps.
